Volunteers

In order to make the day run on time and smoothly, you are REQUIRED to appear and check in 10 minutes prior to your assigned volunteer role - and ahead of your ride time.

Riders: Helmet covers and hat bands will be assigned and recorded for the scorers in the warmup arena by a volunteer 10 minutes prior to your session so that we aren’t wasting time at the beginning of your ride sorting this out.
