NEW VOLUNTEERING REWARD SYSTEM:

Each team may earn up to three Volunteer Points per session by providing working riders who check in at their assigned work time. Each rider (up to 3) earns one point for their team.

  1. A “working rider” is defined as a team member (or substitute) who actively completes their assigned role, as verified by the Equipment Master.

  2. Volunteer Points will be added to Southern Series year-end totals and recognized at awards.

    Note: Overall Volunteer roles (e.g., Chief Referee, Scorer, Announcer) will not generate Volunteer Points, as these positions are otherwise compensated.
